That's me in China
My name is Samantha DeGuzman, I’m 14 years old and I’ve had the privilege of going to Ukraine, China, and South Africa on short-term mission trips with Community Bible Church. God has really put a burden on my heart for missions, specifically children. In both Ukraine and China I’ve been able to visit orphanage’s. Its so humbling to see these places where they have nothing, yet they are so content with the little they do have. It really makes you think about the little things in life we do have that we take for-granted. Its so exciting to be able to be there with the children, and give them the attention they don’t normally get individually. You really get close with these kids, and its so hard to leave after you’ve spent a couple hours or a couple of weeks with them. I’m looking forward to the upcoming trips when I will be able to spend time with them again!
